Maybe there will be a price drop so the Wii U can still look affordable when the PS4/Nextbox come out.

It very unlikely that's going to happen and the console is already being sold for a loss. You're being way too optimistic.

They did. In europe. And i got one.

Wrong. The EU/UK bundle didn't include Nintendo Land.

I know it's unlikely, but if the next xbox and playstation do release this year at a similar price, Nintendo might want to consider lowering the price, as the other two consoles are most likely going to be more powerful (cause technology released later is usually more powerful unless one of them decides to pull a Wii).

What makes you so sure there will be a price cut once the new consoles are released are you just guessing. Just because new consoles are released doesn't mean there will be an inevitable price drop.

We don't have any idea how much the new Sony and MS consoles will cost or what their actual final tech specs are going to be. Besides regardless that doesn't mean by default that Nintendo has to drop the price. We also don't know at this point what the actual install base of the Wii U will be at that point. At the end of the day I think a price drop is highly unlikely.
