Sadly, those games aren't coming to the USA anytime soon, but at least the European fans will get them.

Yeah, you might as well mod your Wii and import it because The Last Story is the closest you'll ever get to a Final Fantasy style epic this gen.

I won't deny there's a possibility that Microsoft might have something up their sleeves but there are also alot of factors that indicate that they won't have have a new console ready yet. Such as...

• It's based on 2011-12 hardware

  “the production team from the Xbox 360 is working on the next Xbox 720 [our pet name], and they’re looking into what kind of CPUs will be available on the market in 2011-2012″

  They're not stupid enough to make a high-end machine, they need it to be affordable and not have another PS3 scenario on their hands.
  
• Crytek denying it's existence

  “Crytek do not have any next generation hardware from Microsoft, nor do we know when Microsoft may announce future hardware or what that hardware will entail,”

  This after the rumor about Crytek working on Timesplitters 4 using DirectX11. I find it odd because Crytek could've just replied with a "no comment" but to outright deny it, and from Crytek of all people, says alot.
  
• Xbox Slim+Kinect is supposed to increase it's life cycle

  "We see it as about halfway through. Kinect put a huge shot of adrenaline into the business,"

  Xbox slim+Kinect only launched last year and Microsoft is serious about attracting the casual crowd. I feel that launching a new console would jeopardize this market strategy.

As for the PS4, Well....

I believe the future will be to offer consumers better and more accessible experience. The aim will be to make more people enter the world of video games and try to design titles for women."

Yyyyyeah...

I don't think it'll be THAT powerful but I'm sure it'll powerful enough. Nintendo always tries to adopt affordable tech and I think that's the direction Sony and Microsoft is heading as well. I think we may see all 3 future systems on par in terms of specs.

Ok let's be honest with ourselves, The only reason Wii owners accepted the Conduit with open arms is that HVS is the only developer with the stones to make an exclusive "hardcore" FPS on a system that many believed would a perfect fit for FPSs (due to the Remote+Nunchuck combo). Unfortunately, Conduit failed to be unique other than than the fact that it's on the Wii. While Conduit 2 is a step up on graphics, weapons and online, it's presentation still failed to stand out.

Sadly other than it's 80s horror vibe, Killer Freaks on Wii U is probably going to suffer the same fate.

Yes, Nintendo should buy Banjo-Kazooie or something like that from rare and make a new game like the originals

Nintendo selling Rare back their IPs was a HUGE mistake IMHO, Imagine what Retro studios could've done with Killer Instinct.
