Miiverse can be accessed by going to http://miiverse.nintendo.net. It is still in beta so some features are not available. Also Nintendo 3DS is blocked from accessing this site.
The VC games that had released dates of April 23rd have been pulled from Nintendo's website, their Facebook countdown has been changed to say that they will reveal what games can be downloaded at a later date.
I think they ran into some issues with the update and delayed it. When do you think the update will release?
