My favorite BY FAR is the GameCube but my top 5 are definitely, 1. GameCube, 2. N64, 3. 3DS, 4. Wii, 5. DS Lite. Some of my favorite video games were on the GameCube (Wind Waker, and several others,) so it's my favorite hands-down!
