I think 2013 is going to be a huge year for gaming in general. As for Nintendo, I think E3 has to be huge for them. The next xbox and PS4 will most likely be shown and take alot of the lime light away from Nintendo.

I think it is very important for Nintendo to come out and anounce the next Zelda game, Metroid, mario.....Some huge games that will release next year to combat the xbox and sony systems. I think if they can come with some big titles due out fall 2013, they could do very well next shopping season also.

In Topic: Why I won't buy the Wii U (please read)

I don't know why a lot of you are giving the OP a hard time. It is his choice if he dosen't want to buy the Wii U or not. I also think he makes a very good point. I personal think not being able to play the VC games with the gamepad (and on the Gamepad) is a bad decision by Nintendo, and a costly one. I know alot of people own a Wii (as I use to) but I do not own one now. I would like to buy some of the VC games for the wii U but a big draw for me would be to play them on the gamepad. So as it stands I will not be buying any VC games at this point.

This is my opinion.

Thats weird....

"Today's Nintendo Direct's broadcast provided fresh details on Miiverse, the feature many have been waiting to hear more about. Dubbed the WaraWara Plaza in Japan, when you power-up the Wii U this is the first thing you'll see on the TV screen."

In Topic: My first impression of the Wii U

I also played it at my local gamestop this past weekend. I have read a few impressions on here saying how light and comfortable the gamepad is but I have to say I was still very impressed. I couldn't believe how great it felt. I am not exaggerating when I say it felt like it was made for my hands.

Also, the touch screen did seem very responsive. I only played a few minutes of rayman but it was gorgeous. All in all, I was very very impressed with the system! Heres to hoping they get the online component right. Can't wait til 11/18
