I think any of the pre-wii Zelda games could get an HD remake, but Windwaker's graphics still look great. I'd rather prefer any of the handheld games because I'd like to see how they'd really translate to tv. I have the Gameboy Player for my Gamecube, but it'd be interesting to see how they'd be translated to HD and how they would have the Gamepad use them.
Hey, me too! I love getting everything in the games I play. I'm also a huge Zelda fan and I literally bought the Wii U just so I could play whatever Zelda game is coming out(hopefully) next year. I actually didn't know about Windwaker HD coming out next, so I suppose that's just an added bonus.
Although I don't have a 3DS, I do own just about every other system(especially if there's been a Zelda game released on it).
