Posted by Seeing as no one has any issues with this idea, I'll just go ahead and give you guys the ability. I don't know if or how any problem can actually come from this, but if one does, I will probably end up removing the permission.
Well, seeing as I can't actually edit the hook with the custom user titles without a required post count, I'll just make a topic later about requesting member title changes and some sort of limit.
