Don't be bashing everyone in the UK too hard My Mario 3d World arrived today for "The worst gift this holiday season" Sadly I am giving it to my kids for Xmas so no playing that one yet. The Wii U is my favourite console ever, I have not played the PS3 once since I got it and I was playing athe Vita the other day and got bored. I just beat SMB U today and will be looking at the Star Road later on. It is lack of marketing that has prevented this system selling over here IMO no-one seems to have a clue what a Wii U is. My friend with a Wii who has just got a PS4 didn't even know Nintendo had released a new console. I really hope they can turn things around, I did see a Mario 3d world advert today on a kids channel earlier.

MK8 does look pretty awesome. I think Mario 3D world will pretty much dominate our family Xmas though. I can't wait to have a go on Xmas morning when my lad gets it

Hi my NID is Bengdogg also. Loving the system!!! Spent a bit of time messing around with setting and parental stuff and made 4 little Mii's so we all have one. Played a bit of Mario Bros, only slight let down is the gamepad wont work in my bedroom as it just drops out of range, it does work upstairs in my lads bedroom though so that was the main objective. I am blown away by how good the gamepad is otherwise and how comfortable it is as I am more of a Dualshock 3 kind of person

No Nintendo Land, I can get it off ebay or something cheap though. I am in the UK if that helps. Interested in the neoprene gamepad case. I will have a look now. May Wii U is about 45 mins away from the tracking "Jamie is currently makingdelivery number 14, you aredelivery number 28.

Hi, yeah I never had a wii so I have a few wii titles in my sights mario galaxy, sonic colours etc. I bought the Wii with local miltiplayer in mind as I have two kids & mario world 3d looks a blast & Mario Kart always is loads a of fun in multiplayer. I have ordered the Wii U party so I think a Nunchuck will be next. 

Ok so tomorrow I get a Wii U with Mario U & Luigi U. I am wanting to use VC and play Wii games too so I am thinking I need a Wiimote and a Nunchuck then at least one Wiimote for each player as we enjoy a bit of multiplayer in our house. Is the pro controller worth it or not as I dont want to have to buy too much stuff. I am thinking of getting the party pack to get a the 1st Wiimote sorted but it's not really that obvious as Mario U has a funny multiplayer where the gamepad becomes a block placing pad??!! I just want to be sure I order the right things so Mario world 3d can be enjoyed in a group when Xmas comes

Hi it's my 1st post as I must hate myself then as I pulled the trigger on a Wii U on Monday & it will be here tomorrow. I got a bundle with Mario U & Luigi U for under £200. I was after a PS4 but the launch line up is terrible and the only kids game Knack today has received many poor reviews. I can't wait to have a go with it after work tomorrow, the kids don't know I have ordered one either It's going to be fun!!! As someone who has never owned a Wii I am looking forward to the great Wii games, Virtual Console and the great Wii U titles. I see this system as quality over quantity. I also have a Nintendo Dsi in the house which my kids love, a PS3 which is a good machine with plenty of life left and a Vita which I really like. I just hope this system sells like hot cakes whilst the PS4 & XB1 are sold out with Mario world 3d looking spectacular.
