There's a character named Devon, but we call him Captain Awesome, since his favorite word is Awesome, and he frequently uses it.
It's about the same thing for me. Except that I chose to call myself Mister Epic, and I actually prefer the word Mister than Captain.

By the way, if you people want to customize your own Wii U skin, you can wait until http://www.uniqueskins.com releases their Wii U skins. This site is pretty good when it comes to importing, resizing, rotating and arranging any picture, even in layers. The skins themselves are also pretty nice. They've released one for the Wii, 3DS and even 3DS XL, so I don't see why they wouldn't make one for the Wii U.

Is there gonna be a way to watch the Nintendo conference live?
It was possible to watch all conferences last year, so I'm sure it will be the same this year. You'll find live streams on the company's website, Gametrailers, major gaming news websites, YouTube...

I joined this place for two reasons.
1. I was interested in the Wii U, of course. By the way, I have one since yesterday and it's a really nice thing.
2. There are people from the 3DS Forums here. I'm one of them.
I've also joined the PS Vita forums for the same reasons (except replace "Wii U" by "Vita", of course).

I'm not sure if the Wii U can be released with a $300 price tag, due to the controller itself, which will probably be worth a hundred bucks. I heard it's more powerful than the 360 and the PS3. In that case, how a console that is more powerful than these two can be sold for $200 or less?

Ok so I'm back. I'm thinking of being at least a bit more active than I ever was, and I'm now GabCM and not Mister Epic.
However, I still like all consoles, I still love electronic music, I still speak French, and I might be getting a Wii U next Friday.

I'm Mister Epic, and I'm coming from Nintendo 3DS Forums. I joined the forums due to my interest towards the Wii U, and due to a part of the N3DSF community being here. In fact, I'm pretty much interested in every new console that comes out, even if my favorite gaming platform is the PC. That means I also have the PlayStation Vita, and that I'm looking into the next PS, the next Xbox and whatever rumored consoles that become a reality.
I'm from a place where we speak French, so of course, I speak French. I've yet to perfect my English.

I'd like to use my Astro A40 headset on my Wii U, but it doesn't have any optical audio output. 
Not that I always use the Astros. In fact, I use my Audio-Technica ATH-M50 when I play alone. I use my Astros when I want to talk over a mic.
