The Price was based on Reception at E3
They did Release 1st party games. Pilot-wings, Steel Diver, And Nintendogs+cats were first party.
Also, Please stop being so negative on the 3DS. No system is truly a good system until a year after it Arrives. You are just as bad as Bumara

I understand why you don't want a Call of Duty on Wii U, but not having it would be the dumbest thing Nintendo would ever do. Remember that if theres no Call of Duty with the best graphics, the console is for kids.
There are other, better shooters, Though I have nothing against CoD.
