I seriously doubt it. North Korea is just flexing their muscles and they know if they try something stupid they everyone will nuke them.
North Korea is essentially a rogue nation with no real allies.
They should have abandoned any envolvement with North Korea long ago other than just to mediate with them.

yup although i left out the fact Navy Seals seized these missiles that were hidden under a couple tons of concrete bags around 2006

North Korea could attack South Korea at any time. I really hope something happens to end the whole fiasco and just let the Koreans live in peace.
If you couldn't tell, I feel very sorry for the North Korean people, it's ridiculous that there is still a country like that in 2013.
