No, they don't really terrify me. I've never played one of the games with Pyramid Head in it, but, they're still scary.
Also, what do you mean if I'm friends with a person named Garrett at school? It's true that I know a Garrett at school, but not necessarily friends.

the sprite versions of the X shaped enemys in Starship Patrol
they get past me even now.
I have completed this game more than any other I have played. I am on my 9th time through now.

The ghosts in Pac-Man. You are constantly running from them in a maze with no escape. I mean the exits loop back around. That's terrifying! You might as well be dead from the beginning because no matter what you do, they WILL kill you eventually. What's scarier than running from your own impending death?

It was a referral to your age, because I know Garrett and as far as I remember he's 12-13. And he has spoken of you, so I put 2 and 2 together, but clearly 2+2 has failed me.

I tend to get freaked out easily when it comes to games, its very weird considering I love seeing horror movies because I find them pretty funny. Things change for me when I'm controlling the character though so it's hard to pick the scariest mob I've encountered.
Especially considering I don't buy many horror games anymore cause I can't get through them.
But if I had to choose one I'd probably say Dead hands.
As a kid he was terrifying, and those hands... god why does he have so many. So yeah he's my choice, I also find he's a lot more terrifying in the original then the 3D version.

personally i cant stand this one enemy you fight in ocarina of time in the forest temple. its the hand that falls from the ceiling and grabs you and takes you out of the temple, its just so tense and surprises me even when i know its coming 
i think they also appear in the shadow temple, not sure though

Add Creepers (Minecraft) to my list. Whenever you build something and they appear, it's your worst nightmare 
Trust me, after hours of hard work and dedication, when you see them coming to you (you're unarmed) and wanting to ruin your work. It's like hours of time was wasted, just because of 1 single enemy.
