This could help prevent that stupid thing people have been doing recently where they decide to just read the title,  skip the actual content of the post and rant about how much they disagree with the title.

You need to go to the proper editing page though.

And after you see a million errors due to ajax ogreotry, you'll see "TOPIC TITLE" and a normal post-like area.
Edit it from there.

I feel that deleting Unchained Goku's account should be priority number 1 (or at least changing his name )

maybe you could clear up the wording is some stuff, such as the ignore list toggles? Right now it's hard to tell if the text on the buttons are indicating current status or if they indicate what clicking the button does.
