The weird thing under the wing is an attempt on creating this... And the nose kinda looks short on this one.


Well I modeled and rendered a ninja knife today. It's called a kunai.

That is super awesome!!!!!

Should be used on that WiiU game they showed at E3 the shurikens too. They look like WiiU footage.

I get the feeling you just learned a technique, because both the kunai and shurikens look almost exactly the same in terms of lightning, textures and materials.

Yep, it's hdri lightning. Plus some normal 3d lights. I learned this quite a long ago by the way, but it gets pretty good results.

I showed this to my friend because he's making a video game and this is what is capable with Cinema 4d by someone near your age. So he uses Cinema 4d, Blender, and Unity 3d for his game.

Cinema 4D is not good for making games, the meshes are often corrupt when exported and you get ngons in almost every cap. 3Ds max is far more better. UDK is also a lot better than unity 3d.

Cinema 4D is mainly for film, rendering and motion effects.

Tell him that it took me a half year to get to my skill level, so that he doesn't get disappointed when trying to make a gun or a character.

His cousin is an engineer and will make a big impact on his game I'll tell him to use UDK
