Here you can post what you think can be some NEW accessory controllers for WiiU.

If they were going to make a second controller for the Wii U, it would not have a touchscreen. It'll probably just be a remake of the current Wii Classic Controller.

I would thin it would be a wireless version of the Classic Controller Pro. Maybe modified just a little, but you get the idea.
