Not for everyone, some want realistic racers, some want games with insane speed (F-zero) or with use of Weapons (jak X), some want cart racing games like Mario Kart.

Yeah, you've done a great job so far, letting the Metal Heads destroy the palace.

You forgot Open World Racers like Burnout Paradise where you can customize races around the city, play around with other people, compete to see who can do the most tricks, play Cops and Robbers. Drive a Freaking F1 Car around the City, and that F1 Car also happens to be a cop car. Drive around with Legendary cars like KITT from Knight Rider, DeLorean from Back to the Future, Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters, and General Lee from The Dukes of Hazzard. Also not to mention you can drive around in Toy cars. Yeah Burnout Paradise is a great game and I can understand if you don't like it, we all don't have the same taste in games.

It's a very awesome game and also an old Game from 2008, but it still looks great I still play it to this day. If you are going to buy it I would recommend getting the Disc version since it lets you get sponsored cars like and F1 Wal-Mart car, Best Buy NASCAR, Gamestop stunt car, and Circuit City Hot Rod. The Disc version ranges from prices, but the Digital version is solid at $20. It's available for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

There was this rumor going around that they were Developing Burnout Paradise 2, but stopped so they could make Need for Speed Hot Pursuit to relaunch the series. Haven't heard anything about Burnout Paradise 2 ever since.

I hope Criterion Games reveals a new game for the current/new generation could be what I mostly want Burnout Paradise 2 or Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2.

This game better have licensed cars not like Project Cars in it's current state where they are giving different names. I would also like them to put the Top Gear Test Track since Forza and Gran Turismo have it and it is my favorite show.

I'm assuming the game will be similar in some ways to Project Gotham Racing or Blur as Lucid games are the same people that were bizarre creations.

I hope the game doesn't take itself too seriously, I'd rather have a fun racer than another Forza or Gran Turismo.

this is great. the one thing i missed from the wii was a racing sim. and knowing nintendo, this game will be awsome.
i hope there's lots of diffrent types of racing in the game, like rally, f1, and touring.

Miyamoto himself said he wants to see F-Zero on Wii U. Nintendo always listens to him. Without him there would be no Mario and Zelda. The reason there hasnt been an F-Zero in a long time is cause Miyamoto said when they made it, it was a surprise for everyone (I think GX was the surprise though that was awesome) Making one on the Wii wouldnt have brought anything amazing or be a big surprise (Since you would drive the same way as Mario Kart Wii lol. But With the Tablet controller and an HD system Miyamoto has faith we will see an F-Zero on Wii U at some point. (Which is what I have been saying since last E3 lol.

NOOOOO
Don't abandon F-Zero Ninty. I was just playing F-Zero GP for the GBA and it's amazing.
To be honest, F-Zero has SO much potential, it just needs to be done right.

Its on PC. I dont think its on PS3. Not sure about 360...

It is? :( I thought it was just wii u...

[E3 2012] Nintendo gets it's throne back.

I dont like very much racing games, they end up boring for my likes.. but for a reason, I always loved games that u can have many choices, built ur own cars, run a company etc... so I may consider it for my game list... :)

I have project gotham and i loved it though...
