Sega were the ones who published Mad World; and it was developed by Platinum Games. Nintendo had nothing to do with it.But they made it that way on purpose. People wanted a gruesome rated M game so Nintendo gave them one.

I think because it was overlooked on the Wii I would add HD visuals and port it over to Wii U with the original controls or add some tablet function. Hope it builds ups audience and then do a MadWorld 2.MadWorld 2 on Wii U?

Madworld is far from being gruesome you can see far worse things just by turning on the tv.
