cool. seems little rushed, like they where trying to get all the information out in this one release.
But good to see that it is up on tv now. The only thing is i wonder how some will feel once they see it and then go out trying to find out.

I am on opposite ends with you guys, I think it was a great commercial , Why you make ask ...simply it emphasis on Its A NEW CONSOLE with A NEW CONTROLLER than showed a glimpse at what it can do and even though we already knew this the general public did not and its good they did have emphasis on this so they will be less confusing.

great!! IF they follow up soon with some more core friendly adverts. i really like the montage of games at the end. they should make an advert which is one massive montage of core wii u games and their boxes at the end lined up

I think nintendo is kind of stupid for making the console look too much like a wii sideways... which could be part of the reason why most of the public think it's just another wii with another controller and a different look, like that "updated" wii without gamecube support.

most people know it's not right now. as much as i think they shouldn't have done that, they really shouldve because its a familiar look, and it looks kindof like an upgraded version of Wii which makes sense.
