Really? I been debating on getting dual citizenship. 90% of my dads side of the family is in Ontario and Quebec. I'm of French Canadian descent, but I was born in the states. Living 20 minutes from the border and all I'm there a lot lol.

Well I dont know if the Canadian law applies to you because you wouldnt have been a minor when it passed but, they made a law saying that the children of a natural born Canadian citizen is considered a Canadian citizen, and since my dad is a Canadian citizen and never became an American citizen and me being born in the states, that makes me both >:3

but I wanna say there was an age limit when it passed, but I may be wrong and you could have been made one too if your dad was Canadian :)

They passed a law a year or 2 ago - basically if your within 7 generations you can easily get dual citizenship - I'm the 3rd gen born in the States.
