What does everyone think about GoTY across all platforms. Here are mine in no particular order:

Halo 4----This game did not have the same effect on me as the original did, but the new studio has done so much right particularly with multiplayer that it has to be on a GoTY list.

NBA 2k13----I still like FIFA 13 better, but this game is an incredible achievement. It is the kind of thing in which I could recommend FIFA to certain futbol fans and they may be disappointed by it, but if you are a hoops fan at all you could not ask for anymore out of this game.

ZombiU----This game gets the nod for me because Ubisoft Montreal has managed to revive the old school survival horror genre with this game, and it tries so hard to do it's own thing in terms of truly engaging gameplay that it cannot be ignored.

The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition---This one is on here because it is my favorite RPG of all time. It doesn't get overly bogged down with stat building because the focus is still on gameplay in the end. I also love the challenge that the game poses....not as ridiculous as Dark Souls and not too easy like Kingdoms of Amalur. It is just right for any seasoned RPG fan.

AC 3----This is on here because the story is just awesome, the combat makes you feel like a total bad ass, and it is the best open world game of the year in terms of the ridiculous number of things that you can do. I have never played a game other than Skyrim in which it is practically impossible to stick to the story, but the difference is that Skyrim was so buggy that it was near impossible for me to play.

I personally have had most fun play ZombiU this year, but it's not GOTY material,I don't think.

All I can really comment on is the PC and mine would be Guild Wars 2, I've not played any other consoles this year besides from the Wii U.

Yes indeed. I ended up in Gamestop after work last night and impulse bought Far Cry 3. After like 4 hours with it last night I can easily say that game is going to end up trumping everything on my list. How that game was not on my radar I will never know. I did not even get around to MP or Co-op. it reminds me of a cross between AC 3, Dead Island, and Borderlands but better than all 3.

I forgot about that one. That and Ragnarok Odyssey on Vita are my favorite handheld games of the year.

That is terrible reasoning. Survival Horror games have still been coming out, yes in smaller numbers. But games like Amnesia and its soon to be released sequel have not vanished.
