Majora's Mask, hands down. Lol. In all seriousness, I haven't played much horror games. Majora's Mask is creepy as hell, but not so much scary.

I didn't actually come to post anything in this thread, I just came to see how many people would mention Amnesia. Early on, I actually got so terrified that I couldn't walk straight. Not in the game, either; in real life. And even after I got used to the game's atmosphere, it was still an intense experience.

I Haven't played many scary but F.E.A.R 2 was scary the first time through. (School mission D:> )

RE4 was pretty scary the first time through. Not being able to move while you shoot a horde of zombies in front of you when suddenly you're grabbed from behind by a zombie that somehow got behind you.
