Nintendo 3DS has quite a lineup of titles coming this year, would be hard to do unless something VERY drastic would happen.

It would be really hard, Vita is all but dead and its situation doesn't make developers want to make stuff for it. 3DS on the other hand is going nuts and is showing no signs of slowing down, making it a system that more devs want to get in on. I think that Sony could revive the Vita, but it would require a lot of good games and unfortunately, that still wouldn't be enough. The only other way it could be revived is Monster Hunter...

This thread made my day. Anything is possible, but Sony has to change it's plan for the Vita radically....AND get developers to support it. Right now I'd give it a huge NEVER.

3DS has an exclusive Pokemon game coming, so absolutely not.

The fanboyism in this thread is killing me. But anyway, it's likely that it won't happen. The Vita isn't attracting many people, but if all goes well (hopefully), I see it selling as good as the PSP.

Maybe, but it would take a LOT of work. Vita needs exclusives. CrossBuy isn't enough. Price drop is also needed. Few can justify over $300 just to get started.
Some people always have a cellphone on them. I'm so awesome I always have a 3DS.

If it continues like the way it is going now, than it's a big fat no. Now if third party support revved up and maybe a little more first party support on Sony's end, it'll be doing good. But I don't think it's going to outsell the 3DS unless a huge game changer comes to it.

ouch never thought fanboyism had gotten in the wii u forum's so bad it's in my opinion entirely possible for the vita to surpass the 3ds the hardware is already way beyond the 3ds performance wise and i seem too remember the 3ds having a slow start and more recently a certain home console from the big N keep the faith as bon jovi once sang all it takes is good solid games that push the hardware and hey presto.
wii u premium, new super mario bros u, darksiders 2, call of duty black ops 2, zombiu
