yea he's pretty ignorant to base the wii u base completely on the previous system that nintendo has released.
Just wait until its released then we can truly see how "casual" the system is.

What if I told you.
3DS Max is more expensive than C4D?
Cinema 4D. The 3D app I use.
(I don't recommend it for people who like to texture stuff, that UV system...)
is it easy to work with c4d if im already familiar with 3ds max?

I would say... C4D is for motion graphic people not for modelers and VFX guys.
I actually wish I used 3DS Max instead of Cinema 4D right now since 3DS Max has a better workflow and is industry standard.
But yeah, I think you would like C4D even more than 3DS Max because C4D is sooooo easy to use. But hard to do basic stuff like connect, UV mapping and stuff like that.
Don't even let me start on UV mapping in c4d...
i think i will stick with 3ds max, im still trying to get the hang of modeling so its probably for the best.

i appreciated the first one and a sequel would be nice. But right now i think plantinum's time is better spent on other games to develop.

I'm sorry, but I'm not a fan of the idea. I can see it encouraging users to spam and think users should get certain privileges based on something like post count. I also don't really see how it could make the forums any better. Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm afraid I'm going to veto this one.
"Agreed" < see perfect example of how one liner post like that would get spammed just to have a higher post count.

He talks about experience for 17 years. But as the years go higher, the games... sort of lose their quality (Should I be mistaken). I trust Masahiro will guide them, but doesn't this seem a bit weird?
What games have low quality? im pretty sure harada can handle his own with sakurai lol.

i realize its Nintendo and while they are great i still acknowledge that they aren't capable of doing anything just because they're Nintendo.
