Actually, to be fair... I just bought Black Ops II [Wii U] from Grainger Games... and that £30 sticker peeled right off with no marks left... and yes, my life is so dull that doing this makes me happY   

Do you always leave the stickers on? I have to peel that sucker off as they are handing the game to me directly after purchase!! and those Grainger Game ones are semi welded on, so if your not quick enough, they leave an awful 'a sticker was here' mark on the case !!

Hello and welcome from me, I'm pretty new myself to Wii U  and enjoying it greatly

Sonic transformed was available at HMV for £7.99 and maybe still is.

 

it's a bit of a freefall in wii u pricing. Many retailers I believe are clearing out wii u stock for the moment either to maintain far lower wii u stock levels or not stock at all.

 

I must admit I'm holding out for Call of duty and need for speed for £15 or less, mario and lego undercover at £20 or less and perhaps epic mickey at £10 or less. I've also been picking up various wii games to re-visit on wii u now that the graphics are so much clearer.

Yes same, I picked up some wii games over the weekend, No More Heroes being one of them.. great game!

Don't forget to have a look in HMV, they are currently discounting some Wii U games.. 'Sonic A.S Racing Transformed' is currently only £8

Jesus.. is this all you have to bleat on about...? of course they make a noise they are motorised! blu rays dvd's all make the same feckin noise!

Sonic is 8 pound new in HMV!?!?! That's a BARGAIN!

It was indeed mate, still is (yesterday) they had a few games on offer, another one being 'Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013' (Wii U) reduced to £5!!! which we also picked up (for the Mrs) and I got myself a copy of 'No More Heroes' brand new £5 (Wii) I'm assuming these prices were nationwide and just at my local HMV store.

Well I've picked up my premium Wii U, along with Zombie U and also picked up 'Sonic ASR Transformed' up for £8 new from HMV, I have to say I'm very impressed with the system.. so a thank you to the community here, for giving me so much info, which helped me decide my purchase,  cheers.

Thank you, I'm sure I will be getting one, I still also have a stack of old consoles & games as well, snes, 64, cube, and a load  of sega stuff... just can't seem to let go 

No More Heroes was one of my fav  games on the wii, and ok,  maybe this wasn't really emotional, but it was a very powerful image and sound in a video game.. and it stopped me in my tracks when I heard this track being belted out... top stuff   

i cant finish this game it keeps freezing on me i have to unplug wii fron wall socket it wont power of using power button on wii

Mmm, is this a widespread problem for this game, this was probably going to be my first game purchase for the Wii U, but it's the second time this has been mentioned in this thread! do Wii U games get patched like PS3 and the 360?
