Yo guys! My name's Tim, hence my forum name.  I actually don't have a Wii U yet, but it won't be long now.  I've been playing my original Wii console for years, and I've only just recently taken intresting in upgrading consoles.  Anyways, I hope to remain active here, I have quite a bit of experience with forums in general.  Oh, and don't bother telling me to read the rules, done and done.  See you on the forums!

It's been quite a few years for me as well, that is, if you don't count the occasional random craving to play old PS2 Crash Bandicoot games... Those games were just.... so good....

I loved Mario Galaxy, but enough is enough.

Personally, i wanted a Mario 64 redone for Wii U. Still, a new style of 3D Mario si also good. And although my first reaction wasn`t  very good, i always felt from the start that the game would be better than anticipated.

 

Would i would be happier if the new Mario game would be in the line of Mario 64 or Sunshine? Yes, i would. Maybe next time!

I support the remake and/or sequel of/to Mario 64. That game was a work of art.

Hehe. To be honest, I'm using an old standard definition monitor, from back when flatscreens became cheap enough to buy. That may explain why other people did the test faster though.

Yea I'm using an SD moniter, too. Perhaps that explains my score of 15?

I'm glad to see this and look foward to the future ... not a single game released has tapped into the full power of the Wii U and I expect it will be years until they squeeze all its juice out.

Can't take you seriously, Basically the main reasons you don't want the wii U is because

1. The Xbox one and PS4 is more powerful, even tho reality has proven time and time again that better hardware does not equal better console

2. Because they had a bad launch... so did the 3DS, look at it now

3. You hate the fact that Nintendo is having a hard time making HD games, By the way, THEY HAVE NEVER MADE AN HD GAME BEFORE, Obviously it shouldn't come as a surprise they have a hard time. GIve them some slack ffs. None of the Third parties complained, wanna know why? because they have had experience making HD games...

4. The fact 3rd parties aren't jumping on the Wii U... You bought a Nintendo console, what did you expect? Seriously you did own most of their past consoles, you should have easily known what was going to happen.

5. "I regret buying a Wii U now because it's gathering dust" No!!!! Really? i mean if you actually bought games for it instead of canceling pre-orders then maybe it wouldn't.

6. "the playing the full game on the gamepad is also pretty pointless in my view" Opinion, a very 1 sided opinion. I BEARLY ever get the chance to have the T.V to myself, it is one of the most convenient features any console has ever had for me. Ooh and I can actually play my games in my own bed instead of being stuck downstairs. 

 

If you are being serious with all of these things, i have a simple answer, Sell the Wii U and never buy it again. I'm serious if you are having such a bad time with it and pointing out stupid and idiotic things wrong with it, then just sell it. There is no point in having it if you are complain about these things about it. 

I was getting all my thoughts together to make a counter-post to alan's "problems" with the Wii U. Well, folks ^ here it is ^. But in all seriousness, good post, Chrop. And alan, now I understand the meaning of the "666", you just love being negative, don't you?

Its about time, Detroit's been a gang riddled mess for ages. Just... don't even get me started. Also, First. N-Not that it... means anything...

I realize this is a Jehovah's Witness video, but being a Christian , I feel like I must discuss, nay, rant about something like this. Now before I start, I will say that everyone, even the creepy mom in this video, is entitled to their own beliefs, and I would never force my belief on anyone else.

Let's begin, shall we?

First things first, as a Christian, I do believe that the practices of witchcraft, or black magic, are evil in the eyes of God. However, in this video, this little fella is excited about a toy wizard, and that it looks cool. Now, aside from the fact that it was just plain cruel for her to shoot him down so quickly like that, all she really had to do was explain that the toy isn't really magical, and to be careful about that kind of stuff. But no. She goes ahead and takes it to whole new levels, leading Caleb to believe that the toy itself is evil, and would make God sad. Furthermore, she feels the need to relate Biblical evidence to help the process along. Terrible. If I was in this situation, it'd be like: Caleb: "Hey dad, (refering to me) look at this!" Me: "What's that?" "It's a warrior wizard!" "Sweet, dude!". And that's that. No mention of evil, Jehovah, or anything Biblical at all. There's just no need. What's funny is, a lot of my Christian friends watch Harry Potter, yet *sarcasm kicks in* SOMEHOW they are able to still keep their main focus on God. Its just something that every Christian has to learn, and trust me, they will learn. Well, that's it for me, I guess. Thanks for sitting through that. Oh and as of July 18, at 8:41 PM, on YouTube, this video has 283,192 views, 811 likes, and 10,855 dislikes. What a ratio!
