How do you connect a Wii U to a computer monitor that doesn't have a HDMI port? I have to do that as I don't have a TV, though that will only be temporary. The monitor is an iMac 27 inch, and it has built in speakers. You can use HDMI to DVI conversion, but you'll need to check ebay to find a conversion cable with audio out so you can bridge the line into your speakers.

If your monitor supports component you can use that as well, but I had an issue with excessive overscan when I tried that.
