As much as it would be nice to have UE4, is there really a point to having it at this point in time? UE3's Samaritan demo was scores above anything the PS360 could do, so it's not like devs are going to flock to UE4 in droves. On top of that, it seems that everybody on that Neogaf thread has been chugging the haterade quite a bit.
