Monster hunter isn't hard to learn :P
What weapon did you use? That might play some of a factor as to why you "suck". I've found from my limited experience that some classes are easier to learn the basics of Monster Hunter from, where as others take more time/learning.

Oh I don't even know... I just know that I tried the MH 3 demo on both my 3DS and Wii U... I couldn't beat the stupid rabbit bear on either of them...

Lol. Don't feel bad, I had issues with that when I played the demo. That monster comes 4 quest ranks into the game, and it's not even a good demo for new comers. The 4U demo should be better suited for newcomers and if you'd be up for it, I'd be willing to play with you when the demo releases.

Welp, for some reason my Wii U can't connect to the internet anymore... I tried deleting my internet settings and then redoing them thinking it might make it faster or something, but when I did that it wouldn't connect anymore... I'm gonna see how it acts tomorrow to see if it won't work.

Finally got it working, we're actually getting a new router due to our crappy internet speed, should arrive on Monday. (hopefully it'll make it so I can play smash online properly) :)

Meh... the only online store I trust (besides local retailers such as best buy and walmart) is Amazon :D
And I wouldn't want to spend money on a code any ways...
Maybe I'll be super lucky and find a used copy of the game at eb games and take the CN code without anyone noticing :D

Just curious... how long is the Wii U pro controller supposed to last with the red light blinking? On the gamepad it lasts like 2 minutes but on the pro controller that battery life lasts forever O.o haven't charged it once yet :D

That's bull crap, my gamepad lasts like half an hour if lucky when it's blinking red light... the pro controller lasts forever though :D

I play mines for about 3hrs then the ligths came on. About an hr later it started blinking. Then about 1.45hr it turn off. This was when I frist got it. Idk about now since I don't play that long any more.
So idk it could just be how the battery has been used.

Are you kidding Ryudo? nintendo has been riding games like starfox and xenoblade's dicks way too hard. i'd kill for a new game with mario in it (that isn't smash) every once in a while, but no one buys the games :(

The controller? Yeah it is a bit weird, I got used to using the gamepad a lot but the weight of it and the size, poor battery life, and the pointless screen all bugged me.
So the pro controller seemed perfect :P though, the button placement is a bit awkward, I'm gonna end up pressing the power button instead of home A LOT I can tell lol... and idk, it's smaller and stuff but something feels odd about it.

I played Brawl with the Wii Mote / Sometimes (rarely) with the gamecube controller. Gamepad/Pro Controller I had no trouble switching to.

With me I always loved using a wii mote and nunchuck for brawl, but when I discovered how easy you can do smash attacks with a second analog stick, I just had to use the gamepad :P which I got used to, surprisingly comfortable, but I didn't like the weight or that annoying screen on it so yeah that's why I wanted the U pro controller. I tried persuading my family that the Wii U pro controller wasn't a waste of money and that it was different (I want one for the holidays) it's impossible though since none of them are gamers :(
