Today, I discovered a 64 bit version of Google Chrome existed... I feel so outdated lol no wonder animations were so bad before when I was using the 32 bit version on 64 bit windows :P

Lol idk, but I've been using 32 bit chrome for years not realizing a 64 bit version existed since the download for that one is a bit hidden...

Can anyone confirm is the "standby functions" or the "quick start menu" on the Wii U make the gamepad stay on when the console is off?

Is it normal for my DS to move left and right when I push the top screen to one direction? my other n3DS XL doesn't do that... Nintendo why can't you give me a working new 3DS XL :(

Wouldn't it be a good thing for it to not be so tight? That way it doesn't put to much tension/stress on the hinges?

Got myself another new 3DS XL, gonna give my other one once I do the system transfer, I cheated Walmart's price match system by using an old 3DS XL and got my new 3DS XL for $200 without tax XD

After nearly owning the new 3DS XL for a week, I can say it's worth paying the extra 30 bucks for better 3D, faster processor, more buttons, built in NFC, auto brightness, better colours, and coloured buttons :D

Only complaints I have is the 3D still doesn't work too well, maybe it's just Monster hunter... but online wise it's A LOT better, and my C stick is kinda broken too... pressing downward doesn't work as well as it should (I'm returning mine and getting a new one).

Auto brightness? Yes! I only tried the demo, I think the 3d is better.. at least more stabilized.

Yeah it is, I just dislike how you have to be a certain distance close or far away for it to work.
Super stable 3D works in the dark though :)
And if you want there's an option to turn it off in settings, basically turning it into a regular 3DS XL...
The auto brightness isn't too bad, but it's not something I really rely on that much.

Yup, only way to solve the problem was to turn off power saving mode.
(If you wanna try it yourself, boot up MH, press home, stare at the bottom screen and watch the brightness change...)

I'm starting to get worried... the manual for the new 3DS XL says it would take 3 1/2 hours for a full charge... I feel like I've been waiting forever, are first full charges supposed to take this long?

Btw, when I move the 3DS with 3D on I see small black flashes, is that normal?
And I noticed some weird white pockets on one side on the touch screen.

Not really, even when it's slow it's noticable.
It's like if you got an old 3DS, turned the 3D and moved it at different angles and see the black verticle lines, only it's a lot more subtle on the new 3DS.
And idk what is up with the touch screen.

I swear this is a bad luck week for me: broke my laptop, broke my 3DS, forgot my hat on the school bus which I will have to wait for until Monday to get, and now I find out one of the most anticipated games that would come out this year could potentially get delayed!!!!!!!!!!

You replace the whole cable and button. It snap into a connector on the main board.

If you wanna solder the cable you can but its very hard to do since the solder doesnt like to stick to ribon cables like that. I done it before but it breaks loose really easy and had to have glue everything in place once done. But yea the flex cables and button are a one piece unit and you replacee the whole thing.

Yeah I know that it's all one piece.
I don't even think it would be worth fixing since no one on Kijiji wants a small 3DS anyway.
I only have $105, I need about $260 (with tax included...) New 3DS XL is $230 in canada which sucks :(
So since my 3DS is worthless now all I have left to sell is my Wii and PS2 which no one wants...
