Anyone here have any experience with repairing electronics?

    You replace the whole cable and button. It snap into a connector on the main board.

    If you wanna solder the cable you can but its very hard to do since the solder doesnt like to stick to ribon cables like that. I done it before but it breaks loose really easy and had to have glue everything in place once done. But yea the flex cables and button are a one piece unit and you replacee the whole thing.

    Yeah I know that it's all one piece.

    I don't even think it would be worth fixing since no one on Kijiji wants a small 3DS anyway.

    I only have $105, I need about $260 (with tax included...) New 3DS XL is $230 in canada which sucks :(

    So since my 3DS is worthless now all I have left to sell is my Wii and PS2 which no one wants...
