I've played the last 2, not bought Ys Celceta yet. Sadly, those games are PS+ and I haven't renewed my sub yet.

My big problem is that you can't really argue either one, because EO is from 2007/8-onwards and Persona stopped making new games in 2008 (No, ports do not count). Saying best in a while implies that Persona is either still having new games or EO hasn't been on a relatively regular release cycle that hasn't produced Excellence 66% of the time in 4 years in the eyes of the fan base.

And suddenly, my respect for GF has completely gone down the Toliet. Such a shame, considering Gen V was the best Gen and Gen VI is looking to be the worst.

Don't have the game already, but all the stuff that's been coming up in the lead up just is sucktackular. In no order:
Framerate still hasn't been fixed
Megas AREN't compatible with X/Y
Battle Frontier isn't in the game
Neither is the Game Corner
Need I go on?

Alright nice because two of those complaints were mine already but I wasn't absolutely sure of one of them. I had mentioned GF sucking because the lack of Mega compatibility before but if the Battle Frontier isn't there it's really suck-ish. I don't really care about the Game Corner, but it was probably removed due to a stupid European law, so not Gamefreak's fault there. Then again I didn't check many sources to confirm that.

My sides..IGN had a point about Hoenn being bare of stuff with too much water as empty spaces, but the way the summary made it sound is just hillarious. 7.8 -Too Much Water. Genius IGN, Genius

I think this year is the first year where I can safely say that it Sucked overall in terms of Gaming. Marketing forces were in full hype and for my list of top 5 games I've played(and that were released on a platform) is mostly smaller scale games. I mean, I haven't played any of the Big Wii U games due to Budget(though I've heard they are superb), but when my top 5 is Three Indie Games, a port of a PS3 game, and Smash 4. Maybe it's just me, but this year was meh as a whole....

Traditional 2D fighters are much better than Smash if you ask me. I'll take King of Fighters and Skullgirls over Smash any day of the week.

I admittedly haven't played wither of those (I know of them of course, I just haven't actually had the oppurtunity to get my hands on them). But I doubt they match up to smash. Melee is quite possibly the most competitive fighting game ever, and even brawl can easily beat out the average level of skill for a regular fighter, and on top of that, both games can be played as party games as well, have several different fun modes and loads and loads of really interesting unlockable content...

I sincerely believe that a big chunk of the issues was Sega saying SCREW the Wii U, as IIRC Sonic boom was going to be multiplatform(Hence why it's running on Cryengine) but only decided after LW to make it a Wii U exclusive to get out of the 3 Sonic contract.
