Do you need to use motion plus for smash on wii u? I thought you did but apparently a friend of mine has been able to use standard wiimotes

Same, I joined back in start of 2013 and there may have been more threads than there is now, but that's about it, the only real change is the chat function

Depends of which Uncharted we're talking about. Uncharted 1 and 3 were pretty mediocre, but Uncharted 2 managed to nail the cinematic game narrative perfectly. It's like playing through an utterly absurd action movie, and the game acknowledges it instead of taking itself seriously. On top of that everything else about the game is solid, so it's a very enjoyable product. I'd say the love for U2 is justified.
I haven't played TLoU though, so I'll go with Ryudo...
