I absolutely love in-depth analysis of game design like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZH2wGpEZVgE It's also really funny how many people comment saying that "Nintendo didn't really put as much thought into it as you say." People think these things are just common sense, and that shows you just how well they were implemented -- not in-your-face turorials, but natural ways of learning that flow really well and don't ruin the immersion.

If you end up liking it then try Heart of Darkness on PS1. Sequel or rather a new IP using the same ideas.

Mario Kart 8 looks absolutely horrendous in screenshots, but mind-blowingly amazing in-game on the TV... I wonder why... :/

Decided on Wii U. I'd reaaaally love to see those 3D visuals first-hand, but big-screen play and the future multiplayer mode won out... Maybe i'll double-dip. :P
