Splatoon is a pretty interesting game and looks amazing gameplay and graphics wise. I am on the edge about preordering it, Nintendo just has to announce more info and a release date, and they will convince me to preorder. :)

Just pre-ordered Mario Party 10 on Amazon and I chose the Free 2-day shipping option as my shipping speed, so I am safe to get it on the release day.

I wonder why scalpers aren't destroying the amiibo bundle preorders like everything else. The amiibo is only available that way

I hope we get a Nintendo Direct in March 2015. May 2015 is 2 months away and Nintendo hasn't announced a release date for Splatoon yet.

I believe there's a Japan-only Xenoblade direct in just a couple days... Not sure if that would interfere or have anything to do with worldwide direct schedule, but I'm just sayin'. :P

now, i see why they didn't have a direct in December 2014. They were doing the enhancements for Super Mario Galaxy 2, Punch-Out, and Metroid Prime Trilogy to make them compatible with the Wii U Gamepad.

I played some Smash Bros on my Wii U yesterday and online mode was pretty stable with my wi-fi connection. I won and lost some matches but I didn't care, I still had fun playing the game.
