You could try a freeware called Aptana Studio. It pretty much does everything CS4 does, and then some, like conveniently closing any tags you open the second you do.

Wow. Kingdom Hearts 3d's demo was amazing. 10/10. I Have to buy the game. When does it come out? To lazy to check wikipedia. Oh and should i play the other games to understand the story?

No you won't need to play the older games. The game has a memoir mode that help tell the story of all the previous entries.
