I haven't really been that interested in Monster Hunter 4(even though I spent hundreds of hours in tri) because it's on the 3DS but it actually does look pretty cool. Maybe I'll just get myself a circle pad pro since it seems horrible to play without one. I still need that litwick by the way.

No need for cpp. I dont even really use the right stick anymore when i play on wii u.

It certainly takes getting used to without a second control stick, but it's do-able. I'm probably gonna buy a CPP for those longer sessions though. That and other reasons.
