Does anyone know rom editors compared to Lunar Magic for different games like SMB3/2D Zelda's? I'd love to make my own Zelda but can't find a good editor.

A visual editor would have made rom hacks a lot faster back in the day. We just used a symbol list and changed the matrixes that would represent the tiles and objects on screen ourselves.
