A capital gain is a profit that results from a disposition of a capital asset, such as stock, bond or real estate, where the amount realized on the disposition exceeds the purchase price. The gain is the difference between a higher selling price and a lower purchase price.
The man Wants Nintendo to lay off employees, and sell land and studios and equipment to make a profit. That is what he is saying, and that is why it is bad.

What an incredibly stupid thing for an ivestor to say. He clearly also lacks the knowledge of the type of people who buy video games and are making him his money.
