So I have successfully reverted back to Windows 8.1 and reinstalled the 101 updates... but now this is happening whenever I right click on an icon... http://imgur.com/QvSLbtO The color is supposed to be white >.<

I use that one for my lockscreen wallpaper :)
And I use one of the two mario screensavers from club nintendo as a screensaver haha.
