I'm having an issue on my laptop where if I rotate the screen in portrait mode it turns everything upside down... but it works in landscape mode properly.

Have you tried manually rotating the screen? Some laptops allow you to rotate the screen by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Arrow Keys, but if that doesn't work you can flip it by going to your screen resolution settings and picking a different orientation.

Rotating the screen is no problem, basically my problem is like
If you got your phone out trying to put it in portrait mode, but it shows everything upside down... you do it the other way, it's still upside down.
But it works properly in landscape mode.
