I think I found the computer I wanted! It is a Acer Dual core but it has 3.2 ghz and 8 GB RAM! And a 1TB hard drive! All they want for it is $398! Now I have to save up.

But I still think that you should build one yourself. My parts costed 1000 dollars and if you want a regular computer (like asus or Hp) then you have to pay something like 1800 dollars. So if you want bang for the buck build one. Trust me it's easy, it's like building lego. I builded mine in 4 hours.
