Lol. It's pretty hard to get banned, even for me. I've attempted, but they won't even warn me.

Then maybe they're targeting me because of my Nintendo Network ID? Lol. No, but seriously, you must not be trying hard enough. I've been warned at least 15 times and had posts deleted that were simply adding to conversations.
