A mark needs to be "published" so others have an opportunity to oppose the claim if necessary.

Thats not really what this is about. They shut down another 'eternal darkness' property by opposing the use/claim to the name. Could have been anything though... not necessarily related to gaming.

dont get the obsession with this game it was ok but far from gamecubes best IMO. i think people cling on to it because of its mature theme coming from nintendo.
