Why did they add 40 to Absol's Special Attack when they could've put 20 in each Defense? Why did they put 20 in Gardevoir's Attack when it should've been in Defense? Why did they make Ampharos slower but increase his Attack? The stat changes for some Mega Evolutions could've been done a lot better.

    That's fine, but why put it into Attack? Why not make him more powerful in a stat he will actually use?
