What's your opinion on using relativistic time distortions in conjunction with a generation ship mixed with near light speed travel that is also carrying a wormhole for use of time travel?

You have to divert half of the power from your cooling drives into the main engine port. Otherwise you won't get maximum efficiency or output. Next you will need to divert some of the power running the main generator to maintain control of the engine. Otherwise the shaking will disconnect it and the entire ship could implode.
