How do you convince somebody to go the police if they were possibly raped by their parents?

Doesn't really work. That's one of the hardest thing to do. They much be willing already to do that. Also so much down the line. Try gotta have that person go to jail, find a new place to stay, food, money etc... Plus that's something most don't want everyone to do know.
