there'll be a next time? Why not ban the person if there's going to be a next time? you obviously don't think they'll take it as a learning experience and improve themselves.

By next time, I mean if an issue happens again. I was a little distracted when I wrote that. I was thinking about trying to find out who it was (IP) but I can't, as a user needs to post at least once before I can check.
