Remember that WBC pickets and protests almost all funerals of tragic events. As much as they are a sick group, I doubt they would have the guts or brains to pull off an event like this.
Blaming people won't do any good until there are more results. It is likely this was a domestic terrorist, but even then...

nah. WBC is annoying and despicable but has never used violence (to my knowledge)
