this really isn't a smart move by nintendo because I was planning to buy this game until they announced the price and then I just romed it on my laptop and used a wired xbox controller

Hahahaha you guys are funny. I was a little weirded out by the different price, too, but I'll probably buy it anyway. If I'm interested, anyway. I haven't really looked into Earthbound that much...

Maybe for a hard copy I'd pay but digital it gotta be cheap as in under $5
