I am wondering how Nintendo will handle Super Smash Bros for Wii U's online mode for Mewtwo, will they block players from accessing online mode that don't have Mewtwo, or will there be no restriction?

I think it would be like if you didn't unlock him yet. You just wouldn't be able to access him.
